SUMMARY:
We require a New Product Development Technologist. Previous experience dealing with companies that produced and supplied flavours and seasonings required.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Food Science/Technology Diploma or Degree
More than 2 years of experience in product development
Experience with flavours and seasonings

Technical Requirements:

Understand the key steps in development
Know how to put a Flavour/Seasoning formulation together
Excellent sensory skills
Basic understanding around regulations relating to products development
Interpret customer briefs and meet their requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

Formulate new flavours based on customer requirements and market trends
Flavour modification on existing products
Develop and manipulate application formulation to the customer requirements
Compounding samples
Conducting sensory panels
Source for new ingredients and evaluating raw materials
Compiling of product specifications and process methods
