JOB SUMMARY:
One of South Africa's leading Retailers is seeking an Office & Financial Administrator to join the team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
3 years’ experience in Financial Administration role.
Well-versed in Excel and accounting packaging software.
Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks.
Well organized, flexible and enjoys financial and administrative challenges.
Strong communication skills.
Manage relationships with office vendors and suppliers
Works with senior management to ensure office operations and procedures.
Ensure filing systems are maintained.
Time-management and organization skills.
Confidentiality.

Duties and responsibilities:

Handling the daily financial duties, as well as ensuring accurate record keeping and complete reporting.
Verifying and managing employee and office expense claims.
Verifying 3rd party billing and invoicing.
Invoicing and oversight of group creditors and debtors.
Keep records of invoices and tax payment.
Client Purchase Order management (receiving).
Creation of Purchase Orders to 3rd parties.
Tracking and the communication of outstanding billables.
Stakeholder engagement and management.
Processing Month and Year end closure.
Review and process reimbursements.
