JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, a smaller branch of a bigger umbrella company in the FMCG space, needs a general Office Administrator. The ideal candidate is a mature, detail orientated person with excellent accuracy, exceptional organisation skills and a good written and verbal command of Afrikaans and English. Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel, is required, while training will be provided in additional internal systems. Experience in Pastel will be extremely beneficial.

The duties of this position includes but is not limited to:

Filing
Invoicing
Assisting with orders
Management of employee information
Management of the clocking in system

Requirements:

Must have Matric/Grade 12 certificate
Secretarial diploma would be an added advantage
