JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is in the property sector looking for a forward-thinking business administrator.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role will best suit a dynamic individual with a passion for business administration. Experience providing office support in the property sector is required. The successful individual will, amongst other things, provide administrative support to the executive management team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee and provide support with all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is running smoothly.
  • Management report writing and conducting research.
  • Develop office management policies and procedures as well as managing implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements.
  • Manage office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
  • Telephone, record and helpdesk management.

Person Specification

Skills

  • Relevant experience in an administrative/office management/HR/legal support role.
  • Office etiquette.
  • Time management.
  • Computer literacy.

Qualification

  • Tertiary qualification in business administration, office management, communications, Human resources, legal or related fields.

  • Sandton
