Key Responsibilities

• Partnering closely with operational teams to support business performance and efficiency
• Preparing management accounts and operational financial reports
• Monitoring operational costs and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Assisting with operational planning and performance reporting
• Ensuring financial controls and compliance processes are maintained
• Analysing operational and financial data to support business decisions
• Assisting with process improvements and workflow efficiencies across the business
• Supporting month-end and reporting requirements within the finance team

• BCom Accounting / Finance preferred
• National Diploma considered for a strong operationally focused candidate
• Proven accounting experience within an operational or commercial environment
• Strong management accounting and analytical capability
• Operationally inclined with strong business acumen
• Strong Excel and systems capability
• Ability to engage confidently with operational stakeholders
