A large and well-established multinational business is seeking an experienced Regional Financial Controller to join their finance leadership team. This organisation is known for its strong global presence, operational excellence, and commitment to long-term growth and innovation. The successful candidate will take ownership of regional financial operations while partnering closely with leadership across the business. This role is ideal for a stable, commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced and complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee regional financial reporting and controls
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and compliance processes
Drive inventory and operational finance management
Lead financial analysis and strategic reporting
Partner with leadership to support business growth initiatives

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualification essential
15+ years post-qualification experience required
Multinational and large turnover company experience non-negotiable
Strong inventory and operational finance experience advantageous
