JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, a farm in Simondium / Paarl area is seeking a admin assistant to support the operations teams with the following:

HR

Managing absenteeism
Booking and managing leave
Approve hours worked on the wage software
Approve overtime worked
Managing clock ins and clock outs
Issuing and archiving of tags
Getting contracts signed
Harvest intake induction and training

Ops Admin

General office admin
Record keeping
- This includes but is not limited to: Phenological counts, harvest picking report, cleaning records, spray forms, leave forms, irrigation sheet, IPM papers, vehicle pre-check list.
iLeaf weather station : weather conditions
Irrigation Records
Spray Records / Plant protection records
Harvest Recording
BEX System
Cold Room Stock Control
CompSol (IOD Claim solutions)

Compliance & Audits

Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
First Aid
MRL’s
Leaf Samples
Assist managers with Internal Audits and prep for SIZA audits
SIZA SAQ & SIZA Audit
Confronting Climate Change
Worker committee meetings & Health & safety meetings
Annual Training

Salary: 15-20k pm depending on experience.

Must have own transport

Start date: ASAP
