Operations Executive – Student Accommodation Portfolio

Location: Pretoria
Reporting to: COO / CEO

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Executive to provide strategic leadership across a large student accommodation portfolio comprising approximately 12,000 beds. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior operations leader to drive operational excellence, enhance the student experience, and lead high-performing property management teams across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

As Operations Executive, you will:

Develop and implement the operational strategy for the student accommodation portfolio.
Lead and manage the performance of Property Managers and operational teams across multiple locations.
Ensure operational consistency, service excellence, and compliance across all residences.
Oversee resident services, customer experience, security, cleaning standards, operational risk, and service delivery.
Drive student satisfaction, retention, and engagement initiatives.
Manage annual operational readiness, including occupancy preparation, accreditation requirements, and compliance standards.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and operational performance improvement initiatives.
Build strong relationships with universities, property owners, student representative bodies, parents, and service providers.
