North Coast, KZN. Widely known, popular fast-food chain seeks dynamic Operations Manager with strong leadership ability and relevant experience in a Quick Service Restaurant environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage Area Managers and ensure Area Managers are following:

Operational standards set by the Company and the Brand
Develop the right people / staff to run the successful Stores and Clusters
Ensure the Store is profitable
Drive a motivated team

Requirements:

4 - 5 years experience in a Quick Service Restaurant environment
Valid drivers licence
Strong financial understanding of the business
Computer and Excel proficient
Knowledge of PowerPoint and doing creative presentations
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines timeously
Excellent and effective planning and organisational skills
Ability to adapt quickly to change
