Operations Manager (Sales & Credit Control)

SUMMARY:
As the Operations Manager (Sales & Credit Control), you will own and optimize company end-to-end student enrolment pipeline and revenue collection systems. You will lead cross-functional call centre, sales, and collections teams, leveraging data analytics, automation, and operational rigor to maximize conversion rates, reduce bad debt, and enhance the customer journey.

POSITION INFO:
The Tech Stack Deep-Dive Tools, Platforms & Systems CRM & Pipeline Management: Advanced CRM platforms (lead management, pipeline conversion tracking, workflow automation). Billing & Financial Operations: Revenue management systems, invoicing engines, automated billing tools, and payment tracking\/reconciliation platforms. Data Integration & Analytics: Cross-platform data integration between admissions & finance, BI reporting dashboards, cash flow forecasting models. Call Centre Tech & Telephony: Call centre monitoring software, Quality Assurance (QA) tracking, hourly\/daily agent productivity dashboards, automated reminders. Must-Haves: 5+ years of operational leadership across sales pipelines, credit control, or revenue management (preferably within education or financial services). 3+ years of direct Call Centre Management experience. Demonstrated hands-on expertise with CRM platforms, automated billing workflows, and call centre analytics tools. Deep proficiency in process optimization, SLA management, and auditing system-wide workflows. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Education Management, or an equivalent field. Nice-to-Haves: Certification in Project Management, Leadership, or Financial Operations. Proven track record in driving digital tool adoption and process automation across admissions and finance. Key Responsibilities (Keep it brief) Pipeline & Revenue Optimization: Audit and streamline the end-to-end enrolment and collections workflows using automated CRM triggers, predictive forecasting, and debt recovery strategies. Call Centre Leadership & QA: Supervise, schedule, and coach call centre agents and QA staff to enhance resolution times, maintain quality metrics, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs). Data Analytics & System Integration: Drive integration between admissions and financial platforms, presenting BI metrics, productivity reports, and resource business cases directly to executive leadership.
