JOB DESCRIPTION:

This well established, growing concern, are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team. Must be familiar with the chemical tanker transport industry. Duties include:

Managing the operations office
Managing and improving management systems, processes and best practices
Manage client relations and serve as primary day to day contact for external clients
Manage communication channels timeously
Plan the shipment of liquid bulk commodities from customer to end user
Manage operational compliance
Manage KPI's for operations
Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability and meet KPI's
Develop strong customer relations
Manage driver team
Plan fleet daily
Fleet compliance
Manage control room

Experience required:

Be familiar with typical transport KPI's and levers for improvement
Experience within the chemical tankers transport sector
Previous management experience
