Organisational Design, Job Architecture and Strategic Work Planning Senior Consultant/Lead Consultant

POSITION INFO:

Role: Organisational Design, Strategic Work Planning Senior Consultant

Industry: Banking

Rate: Negotiable / Market Related

Position: Contract

Duration: 6 months

Start: ASAP OR 1 October

Minimum Requirements:

Appropriate Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 7) or equivalent
At least 10 years recent experience leading an OD or HR Function in a large complex organisation OR Group Level Centre of Expertise OR working as an OD Senior Expert in a top consultancy; utilising a variety of best practice and emerging practice interventions
Demonstrated knowledge and use of emerging OD best practices, methodologies, and tools
Successful track record of developing effective OD strategies and solutions that have been implemented
Pan-African and financial industry experience would be advantageous

Other skills required:

Understanding of talent best practices and processes (Expert)
Networking and relationship management (Expert)
Board level written and verbal communication skills (Expert)
Strong influencing and negotiating skills (Expert)
Strong research and data analysis skills (Advanced)
Commercial awareness (Advanced)
