JOB DESCRIPTION:

Professional's responsibilities:

Supporting the organizational design practice, methodology and tools for the organization.
Provision of tools and material that supports professionals of the organisation at all levels.
Collaborate with key stakeholders (Human Capital, Management and Senior leaders) regularly and enhance the Performance Management practice as well as the integration points with Remuneration and Business Performance and Strategy.
Act as Product Owner.

Core Competencies

Registered Industrial Psychologist (preferred)
Development and implementation of organizational effectiveness interventions
Design and implementation of organizational design interventions experience
Post graduate degree in business, social or behavioural science
3-5 years’ experience in Human Capital
1-2 years’ experience in Organizational Design
