IGrow Wealth Investments, South Africa’s #1 Property Investment Company, is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join their team in Cape Town.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns on Facebook Meta and Google Ads, preferably within the property investment sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, SEMRush, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate new strategies.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of paid media campaigns across all major marketing platforms, with a primary focus on Facebook Meta and Google Ads. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns, a deep understanding of the property investment market, and a passion for driving results.

1. Campaign Management and Optimization:

   • Develop, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Facebook Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Instagram and X.
   • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure performance meets or exceeds client goals and KPIs.
   • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to maximize reach and engagement.

2. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

   • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and SEMRush.
   • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
   • Present weekly and monthly performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and ROI.

3. Strategic Planning and Execution:

   • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute lead generation campaigns tailored to the property investment sector.
   • Conduct competitive research and benchmark performance against industry standards.
   • Experiment with various ad formats and strategies to determine the most effective approach for each campaign.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

   • Work closely with the design team to create compelling ad creatives that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
   • Partner with the sales and client management teams to ensure seamless execution and optimization of campaigns.
   • Provide conversion optimization suggestions and work with the web team to implement necessary changes.

5. Content and SEO:

   • Write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns.
   • Ensure all campaigns adhere to the organization's brand and identity across all communication channels.
   • Contribute to SEO efforts by optimizing landing pages, blogs, and other content for better search engine ranking and increased traffic.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.
• Continuously seek out new opportunities to improve campaign performance and increase ROI.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and sharing knowledge to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
