Key Responsibilities:- Manage weekly & monthly payroll processing for 2000+ staff
- Ensure that Sage 300 operations run accurately and efficiently
- Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures & legislative requirements
- Manage statutory deductions, levies & third-party payments
- Review and align payroll policies where required to improve controls and efficiencies
- Lead payroll audits, reconciliations & reporting processes
- Manage and develop the payroll team to deliver high performance
Skills & Requirements:- Relevant qualification in Finance / HR / Payroll
- 5+ years' payroll management experience in a high-volume environment
- Sage 300 experience essential
- Strong governance, risk & compliance background
- Experience processing weekly & monthly payroll cycles
- Proven people management and leadership skills
