JOB DESCRIPTION:

A elite supplier company is currently seeking a visionary Payroll Manager. You will be overseing and managing the salary and wage payrolls and processes.

As a Payroll Manager you will responsible for the following:

Full payroll function
Annual salaries budgeting process
Administer and provide input on annual salary
Managing annual salary adjustment processes
Oversee the annual incentive allocations and payment process
Signing off all payment requisitions
Reconciliations and ensuring monthly returns are submitted
Advancing payroll parameters

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Diploma or Degree in Payroll
Minimum 5 - 10 years experience in a similar role

Experience in SAP and Sage 300 required
· Manufacturing or FMCG is preferred

Excellent leadership skills and able to communicate at senior level
