SUMMARY:
National Warehousing outsourcing concern based in Centurion, has an opening for a Payroll Manager (EE) to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Completed Grade 12 / Matric, plus a Diploma / Degree in Finance or Payroll essential, coupled with 5 years commercial experience as a Payroll Manager, within a Labour Broking / Outsourcing concern ideal. Report directly to the CFO and manage a payroll of 2200 heads (weekly, bi-weekly and monthly paids - mainly blue collar employees). Manage 2 Payroll Administrators and 1 Intern. Be responsible for overseeing employees, transactions and reporting activities, monthly payroll review, payroll reconciliations, monthly payroll reporting, salary structuring and assistance, systems and process management etc. Working experience on SAGE 300 People / VIP Premier and solid MSExcel essential. Preference will be given to immediate starters!
