JOB SUMMARY:
Payroll Administrator with Buildsmart experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This Payroll Administrator role reports to a Human Resource Manager and Finance Manager and the main purpose of this position is to efficiently prepare and process the entire wages and salaries component of the organization.

Duties shall include:
Processing of Salaries
Processing of Wages
Administration Duties

Hours of work - 7:30 am – 5:30 pm

Essential Knowledge required:

E-filing knowledge (submission of EMP201 and EMP501)
U-filing
Reconciliation
Computer Knowledge
Build Smart system (or payroll system)
Labour practice
WCA
Employment Equity

Qualifications preferred: Administration qualification or Human Resource related with +- 5 Years’ experience in similar position

Preference shall be given to applications with Buildsmart working knowledge
qualification
