A global gambling and entertainment conglomerate seeks an experienced and technically strong Payroll Supervisor to join their fun and dynamic team based in Johannesburg North.

In this role you will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of payroll operations. The successful candidate will supervise payroll, benefits and statutory compliance and identify unusual or incorrect movements. You will also be responsible for payroll review once processed. This role therefore ensure efficient smooth daily running and oversight of the payroll team.

The role requires the candidate to be highly numerate, well organised and deadline driven.

Education:

Diploma in Payroll and HR administration or management

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5 to 6 years' experience in a payroll supervisory role

3 to 4 years' supervisory or team lead experience is non-negotiable

SAGE PEOPLE 300 Superuser experience is non-negotiable

Experience in processing multiple payrolls (weekly, monthly, bi-weekly and contractor)

Strong multi-national tax knowledge

Strong MS Excel skills

PaySpace experience advantageous

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment
