Requirements:

Must have 3 years minimum experience in Paid Media
Experience within an agency and/or financial services is preferable
Must have a sound understanding of how various metrics work together and how to identify reasons for change in performance.

Key Responsibilities include:

Adwords and social media paid daily management.
Manage an external paid media agency as well.
Optimisations based on profitability
Ongoing management based on best practice with the goal of increasing account quality over time.
Ad and landing page testing

Behavioural Skills and Attributes:

Must be numbers and metrics driven
Have an understanding of landing page/ conversion rate optimization
