ð° Salary: R480 000 – R540 000 CTC per annum

Join a fast-growing, design-led homewares brand with a strong footprint across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale. We’re looking for a Planner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a sharp analytical mindset to drive forecasting, inventory optimisation, and operational efficiency.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate demand forecasts using sales trends and market data
Manage inventory levels to balance availability and cost
Analyse data and generate reports to support decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning strategies
Use ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, JDA) to streamline operations
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
3+ years’ experience in demand planning or inventory management
Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Retail or homewares industry experience is advantageous
