POSITION INFO:
Join an industry-leading multinational within the Manufacturing / FMCG / Mining / Construction space, located in the Krugersdorp - JHB West corridor. This organisation operates on a global scale, offering you valuable international exposure, career-defining projects, and a high-performance environment that respects precision and innovation.
You’ll work closely with operations and executive teams, driving business decisions from the plant floor to the boardroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Full costing ownership for the plant: track, monitor, and manage production costs
Partner with operations on CAPEX projects: from proposal to post-implementation review
Deliver robust management accounts and financial reporting to group level
Drive financial strategy, variance analysis, and budget controls across the plant

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Degree in Cost and Management Accounting, Finance, or similar
3 – 5 years experience in a plant or factory environment
Strong background in cost accounting, CAPEX control, and management reporting
Advanced Excel skills required; SAP or similar ERP system exposure is advantageous
Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / mining / construction industries preferred
Must have plant exposure and confidence engaging with non-financial stakeholders
International reporting exposure will give you a significant edge
