SUMMARY:

Plant Manager

Lead a High-Volume FMCG Production Operation

A fast-growing, nationally recognised FMCG business is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to take full ownership of a high-performance beverage production facility.

POSITION INFO:

What you’ll be responsible for:

Managing end-to-end plant operations across production and bottling
Driving volume, efficiency, quality, and waste-reduction targets
Leading production teams, supervisors, and shift structures
Partnering closely with maintenance to minimise downtime and improve equipment reliability
Overseeing production planning, staffing, and resource allocation
Driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and operational standards
Monitoring plant performance metrics and implementing process improvements

What we’re looking for:

Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Operations, or related field
Minimum 8 years’ FMCG manufacturing experience
At least 3 years in a plant leadership role
Beverage and bottling experience is absolutely essential
Strong understanding of plant operations, production processes, and quality systems
Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational performance
Experience working closely with maintenance and driving plant efficiency
