Are you a results-driven leader with a strong background in manufacturing operations and strategic management. Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is looking for a Managing Director/Plant Manager to join their team in Boksburg.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.(or Chemical engineering)
Knowledge in plant management
Experience in Organic chemistry, saturated and unsaturated
Operations Management
Strong background in manufacturing or industrial operations
Must have managed budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure efficient use of resources
Safety and Compliance
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
Budgeting and Cost Control
Maintenance and Equipment Oversight
