Grade 12Previous property inspection experiencePrevious management experienceFluent in Afrikaans & English Fully computer literateMust be willing to attend meetings after hoursDuties will include: Responsible for contractor paymentsLiaison with trustees and property ownersPreparing documentation for and attending meetingsAttend to maintenance and repair issuesCustomer serviceAny ad hoc duties as required
