JOB SUMMARY:
#SHIFTINTOHIGHCAREER to a highly successful Property Management Company who requires the services of a Property Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Property Management
  • Must have good knowledge of the STSM and CSOS Acts
  • Experience in compiling Residential and/or Commercial Body Corporate Budgets
  • Experience in typing of minutes at trustee meetings, AGM, SGM meetings
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate in a professional manner
  • Must have a valid Driver’s Licence and own Vehicle
  • Must be able to work some evenings to attend trustee, AGM and SGM meetings
  • Contactable references
Salary Structure:
  • Basic Salary of R 15 000 based on experience
