SUMMARY:
Automation and Electrical Sales Engineers — ABB or Omron Experience?

POSITION INFO:
A specialist in electrical and automation solutions is looking for a technically strong Sales Engineer to grow business across Gauteng and the North West region.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical background who can engage confidently with industrial clients and provide value-driven automation and electrical solutions.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or similar
Proven experience in technical sales within industrial or automation environments
Strong external sales and relationship-building skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the region
Ability to work independently and manage a territory

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Develop and grow business within industrial and manufacturing sectors
Manage key accounts and identify new opportunities
Conduct client visits and technical sales discussions
Prepare quotations and proposals
Work closely with customers to provide suitable automation and electrical solutions
Maintain strong pipeline management and customer engagement

Exposure to ABB and/or Omron products and systems will be highly advantageous.
