SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced hardware engineer ready to take the lead in developing mission-critical systems? This is your chance to guide and grow a hardware team focused on cutting-edge development in aerospace and complex control systems.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of complex systems like flight control units and embedded hardware
Create and implement system architectures and hardware design processes
Translate client needs into detailed, traceable system/subsystem requirements
Execute and guide system verification and validation
Maintain system design documentation: interface specs, manuals, training guides
Support on-site testing, integration, and client delivery
Communicate technical info clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders
Oversee multiple projects, ensure compliance with standards, and deliver within scope

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering (BSc Eng / BEng)
8–15 years’ experience in electronic system and hardware design
Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-engineers
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
Experience with:

Altium Designer (PCB layout and design)
Electronic simulation tools
High-speed routing (PCIe, SATA, Gigabit Ethernet)
DO-254 or other aerospace safety standards

Willingness to travel for testing (ground and flight)
Strong written and spoken English

Preferred:

Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering field (MSc Eng / MEng)
Experience with system reliability and safety analysis
