SUMMARY:
Measured Ability Group of Companies is seeking a highly administrative, governance-focused professional for a temporary project-based Process & Compliance Coordinator role.

POSITION INFO:
This opportunity is ideally suited to an exceptionally organised individual with strong compliance, governance, operational auditing, and legal-administrative capabilities who thrives in structured, process-driven environments.

The successful candidate will assist with a range of governance, compliance, and operational projects across the business, including:

Governance administration & documentation
Internal operational audits
Governance meeting coordination & minute-taking
Internal protocol and SOP compliance reviews
Documentation and record management
Project coordination and systems rollout support

Project work will include exposure to:
âªï¸ Trust governance structures
âªï¸ Internal governance documentation projects
âªï¸ Operational process auditing
âªï¸ Compliance and accountability initiatives

Requirements:
âªï¸ Strong administrative background essential
âªï¸ Exposure to governance, legal administration, compliance, HR, operations, or risk environments advantageous
âªï¸ Excellent organisational and reporting skills
âªï¸ Strong written communication ability
âªï¸ High attention to detail and process discipline
âªï¸ Ability to handle confidential information professionally
âªï¸ Highly structured and deadline-driven
