Qualifications:

• CA’s, Engineers and Actuaries
• An advanced qualification in Mathematics is required.
• Academically profound
• Expertise of financial or insurance background is beneficial.

Job description & Skills

• Analysis and understanding of the business processes inclusive of business problems and disorganizations.
• Identification and communication of the technical software requirements.
• Implementing automated processes and solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
• Configuration of new automated processes and objects
• Creation and maintenance of solution documentation.
• Offering support to existing processes and implementing change requirements
• Resolution of daily issues that are part of the automated processes and provision of efficiency.
• Project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
• Data analysis
• Supplier and client integration
• Examination of internal teams and provision of system-based solutions.
• Development of RPA bots
