POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

CA’s, Engineers and Actuaries
An advanced qualification in Mathematics is required.
Academically profound
Expertise of financial or insurance background is beneficial.

Job description & Skills

Analysis and understanding of the business processes inclusive of business problems and disorganizations.
Identification and communication of the technical software requirements.
Implementing automated processes and solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
Configuration of new automated processes and objects
Creation and maintenance of solution documentation.
Offering support to existing processes and implementing change requirements
Resolution of daily issues that are part of the automated processes and provision of efficiency.
Project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
Data analysis
Supplier and client integration
Examination of internal teams and provision of system-based solutions.
Development of RPA bots
