Product Manager

SUMMARY:
A leading financial services organization is looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of the management, enhancement and growth of its Rewards products.

The role will focus on the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product implementation, innovation, performance tracking and the development of initiatives that enhance product usage and the overall client proposition.

POSITION INFO:
This is an opportunity for a commercially minded product professional who combines strong analytical and project management capabilities with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities Product Management & Innovation Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of relevant products. Drive product implementation and changes. Lead product innovation and project management initiatives. Define and implement successful products. Develop client value propositions. Manage the relevant Apps and mobisites. Performance & Commercial Management Monitor, analyze and report on product performance. Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly performance reports. Implement tactical initiatives to drive product performance. Provide insights to support marketing and product usage campaigns while balancing cost to company. Track the performance of sales and marketing campaigns to ensure ROI. Manage and prepare budgets. Sales, Marketing & Stakeholder Management Work with various sales teams to improve sales through customer insights and input into sales scripts. Liaise and negotiate with third-party service providers regarding potential solutions. Manage third-party suppliers and clients. Influence cross-functional teams to support effective product delivery. Job Experience and Skills Required Relevant commercial degree. Minimum of 5 years' product or business management experience. Strong project management skills. Financial acumen. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong relationship management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence cross-functional teams. Comfortable working in a constantly changing and pressurized environment. Good attention to detail. Ability to work independently.
