POSITION INFO:

Lead the vision and roadmap for cutting-edge payment gateway products. Bring your fintech expertise to design world-class user experiences, collaborate with teams and partners, and drive products that merchants and payment networks rely on daily.

Product Vision & Strategy:

Develop and articulate a clear product vision andstrategy focussing on the development and management of products and services that ensures the client to remain competitive within the Payment Service provider market as well as effective in respect of internal product related serves, such as
client onboarding and servicing dashboard to enable achievement of the company''s overall goals and objectives.

Roadmap & Prioritisation:

Create and manage a data-driven product roadmap,prioritising features and enhancements.

Market research:

Keep up to date with market insights, trends and competitor activity based on customer feedback, market analysis, business value, and technical feasibility.

Regulation:

Keep abreast of regulatory changes impacting products and services.

Product pricing:

Work with the finance team to ensure that the pricing of products and services are competitive and ensure acceptable return on investment.

Customer-Centricity: Act as the primary advocate for our merchants, conducting user research, interviews, and data analysis to gain deep insights into their pain points, needs, and workflows.

Requirements Definition: Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for our engineering and design teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with product marketing to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new features and products, including positioning,messaging, and training materials.

Performance & Analytics: Define and analyze key product metrics to measure the success of your products, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business/Marketing, or a related technical field

3-5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in Banking or aPayments Fintech environment.
Demonstrable experience in managing data-intensive products, such as dashboards, analytics tools, or reporting platforms.
A strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including shopping carts, online payment gateways, and fraud prevention.
Proven ability to work effectively with agile development teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
