An established and growing organisation in Johannesburg is seeking a Production Manager who can take ownership of end-to-end production processes, driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement at scale.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and inspire production teams to achieve and exceed operational targets Oversee daily production operations, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams Monitor production metrics and drive data-driven decision-making Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives Minimum Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with leadership exposure Strong understanding of operational processes, quality control, and safety standards Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills This opportunity is designed for a driven individual who wants to make a tangible impact-someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by results, innovation, and growth.
