Job & Company Description:
An international company, that is a leader in its market, is searching for Production Managers to be based in the Johannesburg area. This company manufactures food products and their reach expands to various countries in the world.

A dynamic Production Manager is required to take the plant to the next level and to lead a team. The desired candidate must have a maize and wheat qualification, coupled with experience working as a Production Manager or a Miller, and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Qualified Wheat and Maize Miller

Job Experience & Skills Required:

At least 3 years’ experience working as a Production Manager/Miller in a food manufacturing environment
Must be able to lead responsibilities for continuous improvement within the organisation
Must have exposure to manufacturing processes that are in line with business operations and minimizing downtime in the plant
