POSITION INFO:
Professional Quantity Surveyor Vacancy – Leading PrQS Firm in Cape Town
A prestigious Professional Quantity Surveying (PrQS) firm in Cape Town is seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control of construction projects
Preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and tender documentation
Contract administration and cost reporting
Conducting feasibility studies and risk analysis
Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

Requirements:

BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a QS role
Registered or eligible for PrQS registration with SACQSP (preferred)
Strong knowledge of JBCC, NEC, and FIDIC contracts
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Proficiency in QS software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
