POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking an experienced Professional Services Implementation Specialist to join their growing team. This fully remote opportunity offers the chance to work on large-scale customer implementation projects, designing and developing document composition solutions using Quadient Inspire (formerly GMC) while supporting automation, data validation, and workflow optimisation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Customer Service teams, and fellow developers to onboard new customers, implement customised solutions, and ensure successful deployment into production environments. This role offers exposure to complex technical challenges, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on business-critical customer communications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain document composition applications using Quadient Inspire. Build, test, troubleshoot, and support complex workflows and document templates. Develop custom data validation and parsing solutions using C# and PowerShell. Configure and support system integrations, APIs, and Omni-Channel outputs. Assist with customer onboarding, data analysis, and implementation projects. Manage production deployments and support production acceptance processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to data processing and workflow implementations. Identify opportunities to improve and standardise existing processes and data handling procedures. Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience advantageous. Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar implementation, development, or document composition role. Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire (formerly GMC) . Strong C# development skills. Working knowledge of Windows PowerShell. Experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and functions. Solid understanding of system integrations and API configurations. Experience working with XML and various data structures. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a broader team.
