JOB SUMMARY:
Our Client in the gaming industry is looking for a temporary Project administrator for a period of 4 months

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities/ Key Performance Areas

  • Prepare reports, presentations and analysis according to the project schedules
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget
  • Effective delivery of products and services in terms of defined project schedules, deadlines, goals and targets taking into consideration factors of quality and resources.
  • Provide the highest quality of service delivery in the coordination of projects
  • Review project activities for compliance with procedures and standards
  • Produce consolidated reporting, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, summary of costs incurred
  • Assist with the production of project documentation · Gather, organize and summarize data for project reports
  • Performs adhoc project administration duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Ensure all relevant project governance documentation is correctly managed and filed accordingly. This includes project initiation documents, project data sheets, close-out reports and agreements
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, plans and reports
  • Manage the frontline office staff, executive administrative assistant, company drivers and security teams to ensure efficient running of these functions
  • Record and manage project issues and escalating where necessary
  • Ensure that team members are being kept informed of developments and information is disseminated as and when required
Skills and Attributes:
  • Gaming knowledge Excellent communication, reporting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent Microsoft Suite knowledge (including PowerPoint, Vision, Word and Project).

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years + experience in a Projects roles in the gaming industry
  • 5 -7 years’ Experience in Project administration
  • Undergraduate Degree/ 3 year Diploma in business administration or project management
