JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking for a Project Administrator in the IT field who is enthusiastic, outgoing, detail oriented, highly organized, a multitasker and a team player

He/she will be responsible for coordinating projects and tasks

Ability to keep track of budget and expenditure

Setting up meetings

Tracking progress and taking ownership of tasks delegated by the Project Manager

Monitoring project progress with Project Manager to ensure systems are up to date

Day to day activities with Project Manager

Sending out surveys reports on findings

Ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently and confident to propose new and improved processes

Must be someone who is willing to grow, contributes to the team, develops new skills

Discretion and confidentiality are essential
