JOB SUMMARY:
Project Administrator – Johannesburg,
R 120K TO 150K annually

My client in the Technologies space is looking to hire a project administrator who will be responsible for various administrative duties surrounding a project. These duties may include documentation, meeting management, handling the project budget, and using time management skills to help the team stay on track.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Working on Syspro: sales orders, invoicing, general ledger reports
Costing and closing of projects
Assisting colleagues on leasing and stock
Uploading quotes
Processing sub-contractors’ invoices
Financial reporting
Project management: Reports, meetings, liaising with customers, sub-contractors, and admin staff

Experience and competency requirements:

Grade 12
Project Admin qualification advantageous
Minimum 5 years’ experience
Experience in Syspro
Driver’s license
