JOB SUMMARY:
A Cape Town-based company specializing in waterproofing, painting, and roofing is looking to fill a permanent vacancy for a Project Administrator
specialized in the support of managing, coordinating, and overseeing different activities related to planning, updating project data and scheduling,
implementing, milestones, budgeting, and cash flows, and closing out and evaluating projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Tasks
Set tasks, timelines and schedules for the week
Daily collaboration with team and organization of team information.
Production planning.
Providing support to Management and Reporting.
Submit weekly performance statistics.

Qualifications.
Must be proficient in excel (Pivot tables).
Office Managerial skills.

Experience
1 - 3 years’ experience in project administration.
Knowledge of project management and development procedures.
Hands-on experience in budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting.
