POSITION INFO:

This opportunity is with a renowned South African group known for its largeâscale operations across the mining industry.

Responsibilities:

You will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Engineering Team and the Team Lead
Track deliverables, compile progress updates, and ensure deadlines are met
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate engagements for the Team Lead
Prepare project documentation, reports, minutes, and correspondence
Assist with the coordination of engineering project activities and timelines
Handle communications professionally and maintain strict confidentiality

Requirements:

This is a handsâon, fastâpaced role that requires a candidate who can excel under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
Proven experience as a Project Administrator
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
Professionalism, discretion, and exceptional work ethic
