JOB SUMMARY:
A well-established company based in Johannesburg North is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Education: Matric / Tertiary qualification in an administrative field is a required

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years

Computer Packages: AutoCad and Pastel or SAP experience will be advantageous

Duties and Requirement includes but is not limited to the following:

Prepare, manage and track various project budgets (Status Sheets)
Producing project management reports including milestones summary, key activities, execution and monitoring of the programme
Custodian of Project Management Office documentation managed through a defined filing system that complies with records management policy
Prepare, manage and track invoice payments, Forward Exchange Contracts and cash flow
Provide administrative support to the project management office, pertaining but not limited to scheduling of project meetings, producing of minutes, projects reconciliations and journals.
Producing layout drawings using CAD for draughting
Scheduling technicians with the Service Department
Prepare, manage and track sample shipments
Providing strategic solutions to any issues that may arise with suppliers and or clients
Perform other tasks, as requested by the Project Manager, in line with the role
