JOB SUMMARY:
Project Coordinator required at an Original equipment manufacturer that is also rendering services in the repairs and Maintenance field. The person we are looking for will assist the Project Manager with controlling all purchasing orders , ensuring that deadlines are met. (Procurement, Manufacturing, Assembly, Quality and delivery)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client who specializes in engineering unique products and providing turnkey solutions to meet complex requirements,

Skills and experience required
Technical qualification or has proven skills to have worked within an engineering environment
Previous skills in technical co-ordination
Solid administrative skills
Previous skills or Purchasing and cost orders

Responsibilities:

Proper management and execution of Purchasing orders
assist PM that all milestones/ deadlines are met ( procurement, manufacturing, painting, assembly, QC and delivery)
Evaluate the cost on the order to ensure the purchase order price is correct
Confirm delivery date with client should the need arise to alter the date
Manage data pack, DXF’s and parts lists
Handover of data pack to production
Once project is complete, ensure shipping documentation and invoicing is ready
Obtain and manage all redlines from the project
