POSITION INFO:
A leading organisation in the manufacturing, construction, and mining space is looking for a dynamic Project Cost Controller / Accountant who can bring precision, insight, and financial discipline to large-scale, high-impact projects.
Based in Springs with hybrid working flexibility, this role offers the best of both worlds hands-on project involvement and the freedom to work remotely when needed. With BCom + CIMA, 5+ years’ experience, and a love for complex environments, you’ll dive into cost control, financial tracking, multicurrency operations, and system-driven project management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full project cost control across multiple large-scale industrial projects
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, variances, and cost performance
- Drive financial tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Manage multicurrency project transactions and financial flows
- Utilise ODOO for project management, costing, and reporting
- Support operations, finance, and project teams with analytical insights

Job Experience & Skills Required:

- BCom + CIMA – essential
- 5+ years in cost controlling or project accounting
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or mining – highly advantageous
- Strong multicurrency and project finance exposure
- Proficiency in ODOO or similar ERP systems
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in high-intensity environments
