POSITION INFO:

A leading, Renewable Energy distributor in Africa is looking for a Project Deployment Manager to help manage their projects and products in their Zambia branch.

The Project Manager will be responsible for installation & commissioning of the power grid products with customers in Zambia whilst managing a team of Deployment Specialists and delivering the project in time and on budget.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5 years’ work experience in a project management role with comparable responsibilities and relevant professional qualification
Prior experience developing, growing and managing teams of up to 50 people.
Experience in formulating project budgets
Financial assessment of project implementation prior to commissioning
Budget management of various projects simultaneously.
Extremely well organized with a high attention to detail
Knowledge of electrical systems, especially relating to renewable energy
A passion for delivering energy services and desire to learn the various aspects of the microgrid business
Fluent in English, Bemba and Nyanja both in written and oral communications.
Zambian citizen or possessing valid Zambian work permit; experience working in Zambia is a must.
Enthusiasm towards working in the field of renewable energy.
Highly computer literate.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Candidates should possess a valid Driver''s License
