I am a specialist recruiter looking for dynamic Project Developers to lead the design, planning, and implementation of community-based infrastructure programmes that deliver sustainable impact. This role supports strategic construction initiatives in line with long-term community development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement infrastructure project plans and proposals
Conduct community needs analysis and feasibility studies
Monitor project execution and ensure compliance with governance standards
Oversee project budgets, reporting, and risk registers
Engage stakeholders and drive alignment on community infrastructure priorities
Coordinate audits, compliance, and document control processes

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management (NQF 6/7)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in project or infrastructure management
Skills: Advanced MS Excel, MS Projects, Power BI (GIS), community engagement, strategic planning, project coordination
License: Code EB
