SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity is available for a highly analytical and driven Project Finance Analyst to join a dynamic team operating within the infrastructure and renewable energy sector.

POSITION INFO:
This role offers exposure to complex transactions, financial modelling, and large-scale projects across Africa, making it ideal for an ambitious finance professional looking to grow within a specialized finance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain detailed financial models for project finance transactions
Assist with financial structuring and feasibility analysis of infrastructure and energy projects
Support transaction execution processes, including due diligence and investor engagement
Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and transaction-related documentation
Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and scenario modelling
Engage with lenders, investors, legal teams, and other project stakeholders
Perform market and industry research to support strategic initiatives

Requirements:

Finance Degree preferred
2–5 years’ experience within:
- Project finance
- Corporate finance
- Investment banking
- Infrastructure finance
- Renewable energy finance
Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
Understanding of debt and equity funding structures
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Advantageous:

Exposure to renewable energy or infrastructure projects
CFA / FMVA / CIMA studies
Experience working on transactions across Africa
