Are you a seasoned Project Manager who thrives on delivering complex technology programmes that drive real business transformation? A dynamic, innovation-focused organisation is seeking a Senior Project Manager specialising in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) to lead the successful delivery of enterprise-scale document automation initiatives.

About the Role
As the Project Manager for Intelligent Document Processing initiatives, you will take full ownership of the project lifecycle — guiding projects from discovery and planning through to implementation and operational rollout. Working closely with solution architects, developers, analysts, and senior stakeholders, you will orchestrate the delivery of sophisticated document automation solutions powered by OCR, AI, and cloud-based document processing platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the end-to-end delivery of Intelligent Document Processing projects, from project initiation through to deployment and closure.
Facilitate Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Develop and manage project plans, delivery roadmaps, and sprint metrics to ensure consistent progress and transparency.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA specialists, business analysts, and vendor partners.
Oversee the full IDP lifecycle — from document capture and classification through to data extraction, validation, and system integration.
Translate complex technical requirements into structured delivery plans, tasks, and measurable milestones.
Manage project dependencies across teams, platforms, and third-party technology providers.

What You Need to Succeed

4+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology projects.
3+ years of experience delivering Intelligent Document Processing or document automation initiatives.
Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across complex technology programmes.
Experience coordinating delivery across developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at both technical and executive levels.
