ð Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Solar Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solar PV and backup energy projects across Zambia. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of project development, ensuring high-quality installations, cost efficiency, and timely completion.

POSITION INFO:
ð Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end solar PV and backup system projects, from design to commissioning. Coordinate with engineering teams, suppliers, and local contractors to ensure smooth execution. Conduct site assessments, energy demand profiling, and feasibility studies. Oversee procurement of high-quality solar and backup equipment. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and client requirements. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to local technicians and electricians. Prepare project reports and communicate progress to stakeholders. ð Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in solar PV project management (utility-scale or commercial projects preferred). Strong knowledge of on-grid and off-grid PV systems, battery storage, and hybrid solutions. Proven track record in managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with Zambian energy regulations and grid connection processes is an advantage. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Apply now!
