JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a hard-working and organised Project Coordinator to assist in monitoring and maintaining all artifacts pertaining to the business and customer projects within the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Roles & Responsibilities

Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary

Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions

Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information

Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track

Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored

Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails

Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures

Welcome the constructive criticism of their work and be able to review the work of others constructively

Explain design decisions and be able to represent a service at a service assessment

Assess a service and give constructive feedback

Work at pace

Education:

Matric Certificate

Advantageous

Project administrator or Project Management related qualification

Prince 2

Agile / SCRUM

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5 years or more experience as a Project Coordinator

Experience with Agile and software project methodologies and principles.

Can plan, coordinate, and execute tasks as defined by the operations and development teams

Can manage and support multiple business areas to ensure alignment and synergy to meet delivery objectives

Complete and maintain all project delivery and operational status reports

Design service blueprints

Expertise in design thinking / human-centred design

In-depth knowledge and experience regarding software development and project management life cycles

Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and key stakeholders

Team spirit and strong communication skills

Good time-management skills
